Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Opportunity in Tucson, Arizona
Build more than a patient panel; you'll have the opportunity to build equity in an established, physician-owned private practice with a clear path to partnership. This full-time Otolaryngology opportunity offers strong surgical volume, multiple ancillary revenue streams, and $600K to $1M+ earning potential. You'll practice in Tucson, Arizona, where an established patient base means you can step into demand from day one.

What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery
- General ENT physicians are preferred, with all ENT subspecialties welcome
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
