Pediatrics Opportunity in Williston, North Dakota

You'll step into a high-demand pediatrics role serving a broad rural region with strong community need. This is a full-spectrum Pediatrics position with a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient/hospitalist call. The team is known for being collaborative and supportive of both new grads and experienced physicians.

Practice Overview

• Full-spectrum Pediatrics: newborn through age 21
• Outpatient clinic with inpatient/hospitalist call responsibilities
• You'll join a team currently including 2 MDs and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner, supported by a dedicated nurse plus shared CNA/CMA
• Average outpatient volume of 16 patients/day; referral support from primary care, family medicine, and women's health/maternity services

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (36 patient-facing + 4 administrative)
• Typical clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Call: 10 call days per month
• Team-based, collaborative care model with clinic and hospital coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee: $328,304 (FY26)
• Production: $49.47 per wRVU over 6,636 wRVUs; additional quality bonuses available
• Sign-on: 10% of base salary ($32,000) as a forgivable loan over a 3-year term; relocation up to $15,000 (receipts required)
• Benefits: malpractice covered; PTO 40 days/year (vacation/sick/CME); CME $3,500 single-boarded or $5,000 double-boarded; 401(k) with 50% match up to 6% plus annual employer contribution; PSLF-eligible employer; residency stipends of $24,000 for eligible residents

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B)
