With more than 50 board-certified cardiovascular physicians, more than 45 advanced practice providers and a multidisciplinary team of more than 200 support professionals, Norton Heart & Vascular Institute has the expertise and coordinated care subspecialty programs designed to manage complex cardiovascular conditions across all stages of care include electrophysiology, structural heart disease, advanced cardiac imaging, cardio-obstetrics, advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support and cardiac rehabilitation.
Norton Cardiac Surgery consists of 4 physicians, 4 physician assistants and two inpatient rounders. They are seeking a skilled surgical physician assistant (PA) to join this seasoned team:
About the Position:
Position includes operating room (OR) and clinic; minimal inpatient (IP) rounding
1:5 weekend call

Requirements
- One of: APRN, PA or PA-C
- APRN requires Acute care training certification
- APRN requires First Assist certification (NIFA or RNFA)
- 1 year of cardiac surgery experience preferred
