Description
Providence Medical Group is seeking a team-oriented, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their Orthopedic Hospitalist Team in a full-time role. This position is inpatient-focused, treating Orthopedic trauma patients arriving in the emergency department who need inpatient interventions, surgical procedures and post-operative clinic care. Join a well-established and collegial team within a growing Orthopedic Hospitalist service, where you will be serving a rapidly developing Level II trauma program. Position Details:
Full-time position with no call -- averages about 12 shifts per month
Day shift-based position, with 12-hour shifts and block schedule rotations providing flexibility and great work life balance
Opportunity to work independently within a supportive and experienced team
Generous job scope, including inpatient care, OR assisting, consults, procedural care, and limited outpatient clinic required

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $139,423 and $179,022 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1+ years of post-graduation orthopedic surgical practice required
If ARNP, candidate would need to have completed OR First Assist Certification
