Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative Urgent Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, experienced APP who values work-life balance, predictable scheduling, strong team support, and meaningful patient relationships.

Clinic Hours

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The Opportunity

As a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries. You'll have the opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine while working closely with physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations

• Evaluating and diagnosing acute illnesses and injuries

• Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Prescribing medications and recommending appropriate therapies

• Performing procedures within your scope of practice and clinical privileges

• Educating patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment, and prevention

• Coordinating referrals and consultation when appropriate

• Maintaining accurate medical records

• Collaborating with physicians and other members of the care team

Preferred experience: At least one year of relevant APP experience.
