Physician Associate – Orthopedics | $120K Signing Incentive | No Call | Iowa

Thriving, independent community hospital in Northeast Iowa seeks PA to join its well-established Orthopedics department. 

• Work alongside a collegial and laidback orthopedic surgeon (recruitment is due to current PA having to relocate closer to his wife’s family)
• Mixture of clinic & dedicated OR days
• Exceptional work/life balance: no call, no nights, no weekends
• Reasonable patient volumes of ~15-17 /day
• General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, lots of pre-op & post-op, joint injections & casting, etc.
• Epic EMR
• This is an opportunity to truly practice at top of license, while still having extensive opportunities for collaboration & all the support/resources you could ever need
• 2+ years’ experience preferred
• Highly competitive salary offered, commensurate with experience. Compensation is not production-based, allowing you to focus on quality of care instead of quantity.
