We are recruiting Board Certified / Board Eligible physicians for multiple openings within Wisconsin, specifically in Fond du Lac and Janesville. In addition to positions in Wisconsin SSM Health also has an Urgent Care opening in O'Fallon, Missouri allowing physicians to align their work with clinical interests and lifestyle preferences while practicing outside of a major metro area.

Candidate Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-peds and Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Wisconsin or Missouri medical licensure
