Schedule & Practice Highlights
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
100% outpatient primary care
Average of approximately 15 patients per day

Requirements
Position Summary
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered primary care. This role focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions while promoting overall wellness and coordinating care across the healthcare continuum.
Physicians work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans, improve patient outcomes, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care, including patient evaluations, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
Manage acute and chronic conditions while developing individualized care plans.
Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and patient education.
Order and interpret appropriate laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic testing.
Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals and specialty care as needed.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the care team.
Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation while supporting quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Current or eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
