Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care setting. Coordinate and oversee resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, supervise nursing personnel during assigned shifts, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure positive resident outcomes and quality care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident care services.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor resident conditions and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Manage medications, supplies, and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Document resident care using electronic medication administration and charting systems.
Communicate significant changes in resident conditions to healthcare providers and family members.
Monitor nursing personnel during assigned shifts.
Maintain professional communication with residents, families, and staff.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
Perform additional nursing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Knowledge of medication administration and resident care practices.
Experience in geriatric care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
