ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Damien Fertility Partners is a physician-led reproductive fertility practice in New Jersey with over 30 years of clinical excellence. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) physician to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to build or expand a fertility practice with strong infrastructure, modern technology, and a clear path to long-term partnership.

POSITION SUMMARY
The REI Physician will provide comprehensive reproductive endocrinology and infertility care to patients across Damien Fertility Partners' New Jersey locations, including diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and performance of REI procedures. The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing, embryology/lab, surgery center, and patient care coordination staff, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered fertility care.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive fertility evaluations for individuals and couples, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies such as hormonal panels, transvaginal ultrasounds, hysterosalpingograms (HSG), and semen analyses to identify causes of infertility.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), fertility preservation, and third-party reproduction (donor egg/sperm, gestational carrier).
Perform REI procedures including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, sonohystograms, hysteroscopy, and other reproductive surgical procedures as clinically indicated.
Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles via ultrasound and lab review, adjusting medication protocols in real time to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the embryology/IVF lab team to coordinate fertilization, embryo culture, and transfer timing.
Educate and counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment options, success rates, risks, and expectations, providing compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the fertility journey.
Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, including ASRM/SART practice guidelines, CLIA, and state medical board requirements.
Participate in SART/CDC outcomes reporting and practice-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to advanced practice providers, nursing, and clinical support staff as needed.
Participate in call coverage rotation and cross-coverage with physician colleagues across Damien Fertility Partners' locations.
Engage in local referring-physician relationships, community education, and practice growth initiatives in partnership with practice leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility fellowship.
Board certified or board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.
Strong clinical and surgical skill across the full scope of REI procedures, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Excellent communication, bedside manner, and ability to build trust with patients navigating a sensitive and often emotional care journey.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and a physician-led practice model.
DEA registration in good standing.

Damien Fertility Partners offers a competitive, comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
Base salary range: $450,000 – $650,000, commensurate with experience
