Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Mason, MI where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This outpatient opportunity requires clinical autonomy in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise discipline-specific therapy services, and support student learning as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state practice acts and facility policies while promoting patient and employee safety.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Proven ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements.
• Ability to participate in student supervision and to engage in continuous professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient documentation systems, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Previous experience in student mentorship or academic affiliation settings.

• Schedule: 5 days per week (5x8).

Utilize clinical reasoning to progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Adhere to organizational safety priorities, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and workplace safety initiatives.
