In your day-to-day, you will:
• Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions
• Perform and/or order diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT
• Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers
• Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management
• Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, IR procedures, and electrochemotherapy (ECT) training
What You Bring
• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for New York state veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine (DACVIM-SAIM) or residency-trained veterinarian eligible for board certification.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty and emergency referral environment.
