$185,000-$225,000 Base Salary + Production Compensation

Our AAHA-accredited specialty and 24-hour emergency hospital is home to experienced Emergency clinicians, an Internist who comes in for consultations, and we have a Neurologist joining the team. We are also licensed to provide Radiation Therapy services, giving our clinicians access to advanced treatment options and multidisciplinary case management opportunities rarely found in a single location.

In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning gastrointestinal, endocrine, respiratory, infectious disease, hematologic, hepatobiliary, and urinary conditions.
- Perform and/or oversee advanced diagnostic procedures utilizing ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, and other specialty resources.
- Coordinate care with Emergency, Cardiology, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Neurology, and Radiation Therapy teams to provide comprehensive treatment plans for shared patients.
- Serve as a trusted consultation resource for emergency clinicians managing hospitalized and critically ill patients.
- Mentor technicians and support staff while fostering a collaborative culture focused on learning and clinical excellence.
- Help continue the growth and evolution of Internal Medicine services within a rapidly expanding specialty hospital.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Colorado veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (DACVIM) or Residency Trained in Internal Medicine.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
- A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
