Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 Base Salary /Prosal | Substantial Sign-On Bonus Available

We're seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team in Orland Park, Illinois. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions.
- Perform and/or oversee diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT.
- Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers.
- Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management.
- Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, interventional procedures, and emerging therapies.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Illinois veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (DACVIM) or residency-trained in Internal Medicine.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
- A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
